VISIT & QUOTE

We will visit your space together. Following this meeting, you will receive an estimate of the cost of the work and a detailed quote for our fees.

DESIGN & PRODUCTION

Depending on the chosen service, we provide design, administrative procedures if necessary, coordination of companies and site supervision.

You have a space issue, need ideas, or are struggling to visualise, but wish to carry out the work yourself. You are looking for expertise to frame your project before taking action.

We design your project from start to finish and provide you with a complete file to carry out the work independently, at your own pace.

What is included

Discovery meeting — site visit and discussion about your project
Proposal for 2 layout plans and mood boards
2D plans and 3D projections
Handover of the file and advice on completion
One return trip for adjustments included

Does not include site monitoring or furniture selection.

Full Service

For whom?

You want comprehensive support, from design to site delivery, without having to manage contractors, procedures, and unforeseen events yourself. You want to be informed at every stage, without bearing the burden.

We manage your entire project, from the initial sketch to the completion of the works. You will have a single point of contact who co-ordinates all the stakeholders.

What is included

The entire design file (2D, 3D plans, mood boards)
Administrative procedures if necessary (building permit, prior declaration)
Tender documents and invitation to tender
Budgetary study and analysis of estimates
Site monitoring - weekly meetings, coordination, planning

The most comprehensive solution. In addition to integral site management, we handle the selection, ordering, and installation of all furniture and decorative elements according to your budget.

The questions we're most often asked.

Is the consultation visit chargeable?

No, the initial consultation visit is entirely free and without obligation. It is an opportunity to discuss your project, visit your space together, and identify the most suitable service for your needs and budget.

How are your fees calculated?

For the design brief, a fixed fee starting from €1,000 applies, depending on the size and complexity of the project. For full service and turnkey missions, our fees are calculated as a percentage of the total works cost (excluding VAT), generally between 8 and 15% depending on the nature of the project. A detailed fee quote is provided after the visit — it is separate from the contractors' quotes you will receive for the works themselves.

Do you work on extension or loft conversion projects?

Yes, we also handle extension and loft conversion projects. These typically involve specific planning procedures (building permit) and close coordination with construction companies — exactly the type of mission we are trained for. Contact us to tell us about your project.

Do you handle planning permission and prior declarations of works?

Yes, preparing planning and administrative files is included in the full service and turnkey missions, where required. For one-off requests outside of a full mission, please contact us — we assess each request on a case-by-case basis.

Do you work outside French Riviera ?

The design brief is available remotely, anywhere in France or abroad. For missions involving site supervision, we work primarily in French riviera. For larger projects outside this area, please contact us — we consider each request individually.

Do you work on partial projects (a single room)?

Yes, the design brief can absolutely apply to a single room or a specific space issue. For full service and turnkey missions, we work on renovation projects with a minimum works budget of €100,000.

How are contractors selected?

We work with a network of local tradespeople and contractors selected for their reliability and the quality of their work. Multiple quotes are systematically requested for each trade. If you already have contractors you wish to work with, we can integrate them into the project.

What is the difference between an interior designer and a decorator?

An interior designer works on the structure and organisation of the space — room layout, partition modifications, technical constraints — in addition to the aesthetic dimension. A decorator works solely on the visual aspect, without modifying the existing structure. At Homely Architecture, we address both: space design, technical supervision and full decoration as part of the turnkey mission.
